Many of our clients are seniors still living alone. We get the fact that they want to stay in their homes as long as possible. They want that freedom independence. And yet, there may be household duties that are getting too difficult to handle. That’s where we come in.
A personal concierge is ideal for regular cleaning. Once or twice a week we come in and make things sparkling clean. But that’s not all. One of our more popular services is our downsizing service. This is where we come in to assist singles or couples just beginning the process of downsizing. We start by helping the client figure out what is going to the new home and what is not. Anything being left behind can be found a new home one way or another.
When it comes time to actually move, we can help the client pack up the entire house. If the client desires, we can even load the truck, drive to the new home, and unpack on the other end. Broom cleaning the house being left behind is yet another part of our downsizing service.

Please note that we are not mental health experts by any stretch. We help with hoarding resolution by going through possessions in hopes of helping clients decide what to keep and what to get rid of. Once that’s done, we can follow up by cleaning the house from floor to ceiling.
